I will say this was interesting. Camel Races who would have ever thought right??? Well they really do happen right here in the UAE and only about 20 minutes from my home out in the desert. They dress they camels like the one you see below, put a robot on them instead of a person, put them on the starting line and off they go. Their owners drive in their vehicles down the side of the road yelling at them. This is one of the things I look forward to taking my parents to when they come in December 2014.

The races are usually on Friday so we were up pretty early and I took the boys to church afterwards which lets just say was not such a great idea. But we survived. After church we went to Al Ain Mall and had lunch and then H went ice skating while Cman took a nap.
